We make most of our products to order, just for you. Therefore we need approx 2-4 weeks for production & delivery.

Once your order is complete, items are shipped using DPD Next day delivery Mon-Fri. However if you need anything faster than this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch as we will always do everything we can to accommodate your request.

Breakages - we take great care when packaging your order to make sure it reaches you safely. If for any reason your item arrives damaged/ broken, please contact me on ……. Within 2 days of receiving the item & i will arrange a refund / exchange where possible.

Shipping to UK only

We really hope that you are happy with any piece you buy from us. However, if you are not, please contact me on ……… within 7 days of receiving your order & i will arrange a refund or exchange where possible. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. I’m afraid we don’t not cover any of the postage costs. Any refund given will have the postage costs deducted. The parcel is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches me, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage.

We are really proud of our Stoke on Trent heritage and are happy to share that all our materials are sourced from Stoke on Trent. Everything from the slip to boxes to stickers we use are made here in Stoke.

We use the Parian slip to cast our vases & our mugs are made in Fine bone china.

One of the things we really love is when a customer gets in touch and requests something bespoke. We aim to accommodate as much as we can to make something really special for your loved ones.

We have made vases, mugs, lamps, teapots & jugs bespoke for customers. By bespoke we mean in a colour way of their choice, we’ve even added an initial to a teapot to give it a personal touch. We make everything by hand however, so some things aren’t possible. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any ideas you have on how to make a piece personal to you.

Our products are delicate & therefore require some love and care once they’re in their new homes.

Vases - fully functioning vase, add water to keep any flowers fresh

Mugs - dishwasher proof

Illuminatums - fitted with an LED light that has an average lifespan of approx 15,000 hours. So you shouldn’t need to change. If for any reason you do want to change the bulb. CAREFULLY tease the cork out of the top, using a gentle turning motion. The mouth of the illuminatum is very delicate, so take care when doing this. Once the cork is removed, thread the cable to the mouth of the lamp and swop the bulb.
